Canadian rock band Loopz, known for their powerful and melodic style, are thrilled to announce the release of their new album, “Midnight Echoes”, scheduled for October 15. After months of studio work, endless rehearsals, and international tours, the band is finally ready to share a collection of tracks that represent the evolution of their sound and their artistic growth.
The new album promises to take listeners on an intense emotional journey, blending sharp electric riffs, heartfelt lyrics, and captivating melodies. Recording took place at Aurora Sound Studios, one of Canada’s premier recording facilities, equipped with state-of-the-art analog and digital equipment. The studio’s Neve 88RS console and Pro Tools HDX system allowed the band to capture a warm, dynamic sound while maintaining precise control over every mix detail. Vocal tracking sessions were held in Aurora’s renowned vocal booth, offering pristine acoustics that helped highlight the expressive range of lead singer Alex Harper.
The album also features a number of high-profile guest musicians, including Lisa Montgomery on backing vocals, known for her work with legendary alternative acts, and Jared King, a celebrated guitarist who contributed a solo on the single “Fading Horizons.” Loopz also invited Percussionist Marco Delgado, whose intricate rhythms add depth and texture to several tracks.
